Any appointment of Ace Joinery to a contract means you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately once any instruction is received. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please notify a member of the Ace Joinery team in writing.
Please note that these may change from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Any continued use of Ace Joinery will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should notify a member of the Ace Joinery team immediately by writing. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing within an already agreed construction contract then the latter shall prevail.
